A session lasts about 1h. Depending on your initial shade and desired intensity, 2-3 sessions may be recommended for an optimal result.
-
A complete implant treatment usually takes 4-8 months, the time needed for osseointegration. Final crown placement happens after this bone healing period.
-
Yes, for most mild to moderate cases. Invisible aligners offer equivalent results and are more discreet daily. For severe malpositions, multi-bracket systems may still be needed — the diagnosis will determine the best option.
-
Not systematically, but generally recommended for posterior teeth (molars, premolars) that bear strong masticatory loads. A crown protects the weakened tooth and durably restores its function.

Emergency (2)
-
Call us immediately. Meanwhile: take a painkiller (paracetamol preferably, never aspirin in case of bleeding), avoid hot and cold, and rinse with warm salt water. We will treat you as an emergency.
-
Keep the tooth in milk, saline solution or your saliva — never in water. Do not touch the root. See us within 1 hour ideally: the tooth can often be reimplanted if intervention is quick.
Hygiene & Prevention (3)
-
A scaling every 6 to 12 months is recommended for most patients. If you tend to accumulate a lot of tartar or suffer from gum issues, we may recommend more frequent follow-up.
-
A soft or medium toothbrush, electric preferably for its efficiency. Change the head every 3 months or as soon as the bristles are deformed. A too hard brush damages enamel and gums.
-
Yes, but as a supplement to brushing, never as a replacement. Choose an alcohol-free mouthwash for daily use. Avoid long-term antiseptic mouthwash without prescription.
Children (3)
-
Yes, we welcome children from age 3 in an adapted and caring environment. The first child consultation is free.
-
The first visit is recommended around age 3, or as soon as the first teeth appear if you have any concerns. This visit is free at our practice and aims to familiarize the child with the office without any treatment.
-
Never mention "shots" or "pain" before the visit. Present the appointment as a discovery. Our team is trained in pediatric care: we take the time, explain with simple words, and make the visit playful.
